Tile replacement, ridge cap re-bedding and repointing, and full tile roof restoration. Cracked, slipped or porous tiles let water in and let the ridge mortar crumble over time. We replace blocked or rusted gutters, seal up the flashings and valleys, and fit leaf guard to keep them clear. Standalone or bundled with a re-roof.
